Group Development Director

An exciting and strategic role working directly to the Company’s Executive Board and CEO.

The role’s primary focus will be the provision of strategic oversight and assurance, particularly contractual and financial, to the Group’s appointed Multi-Unit Development schemes.

The schemes are generally 25 to 100 unit schemes in super prime and prime central London and the Group Development Director will be responsible for ensuring these projects meet their targets and are well founded and managed.

The Group Development Director may in addition be required to engage across a broad range of other Real Estate interests and development opportunities internationally, including commercial and retail/leisure interests.

Candy & Candy’s Real Estate interests are growing; this is a significant opportunity for the right individual who will be able to demonstrate their experience at this level and have a proven track record of delivery within the UK and globally.


To deliver innovative, sophisticated and original designs which represent the C&C brand and style. To work to briefs set by the Senior Design Team in both the development and private client arenas.

Contracts Administrator & Accountant

The CA&A provides financial and contractual support to the company’s Single Unit Development (SUD) activities. The role will involve reviewing, negotiating and administration of construction contracts, as well as budget management, financial reporting and oversight of SUD property management. The SUD CA&A will work closely with and be supported by Project Managers who have the day to day responsibility for managing contracts and budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience of the full life cycle of a residential development project and will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with an eye for detail and experience in a commercial environment; this role is likely to suit a Quantity Surveyor with strong job costing and budgetary skills or an Accountant with strong construction/contracts experience.

Client Estates Maintenance Engineer (CEME)

The primary role is to provide dedicated property maintenance services to one of C&Cs premier Client’s property portfolios. Where capacity allows the CEME will support the Company’s Property Management team more widely across Single Unit Developments.

Candy & Candy are searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Designer to assist in the creation of innovative, sophisticated and original designs which represent the C&C brand and style.

To work to either a brief set by the Creative Director / Senior Designer / Design Manager or to work as part of a team for an individual client taking on board their needs and requests to deliver a quality end product.
