First comes the Feasibility Phase. Once a site has been identified as a possible development opportunity, a team is assembled to look at the initial massing options. Massing studies are analysed, an appraisal carried out, and financial partners are approached.
Many options are considered during the Design Phase. Once the concept design for the exterior and main internal layouts has been developed to a sufficient level of detail, the planning application process can commence.
At the Development Phase, the construction team is identified and will begin to inform the build-ability of the design. This Phase ends with the submission by the design team of a fully co-ordinated Design Development report and set of drawings for tender.
The Construction Phase is overseen by Candy & Candy’s in-house construction experts that specialise in high-end luxury properties. This Phase, and the subsequent internal fitout, is managed and executed with the highest level of attention to detail and integration.
